A decade ago, cancer reshaped my life.


It challenged my body, my spirit, my identity — and yet, it also revealed a deeper truth: healing is not a moment, it is a lifelong ritual.

As a chef and food security advocate, nourishment has always been my language. But during treatment and the years that followed, I realized that true nourishment requires something more: intention, rhythm, and the kind of cellular support that honors the body in every season of life.

Through chemo, recovery, and the quiet rebuilding that comes afterward, I began crafting juices to keep my body in its most supported, resilient state. Blends that reduced inflammation, stabilized my energy, strengthened immunity, and helped me feel at home in my body again. They were my lifeline — simple, potent, deeply healing.

For ten years, these juices have been my personal ritual.
My way of tending to my system with integrity, gentleness, and knowledge.

And today, I finally get to share them with you.
